Terms of Use and Data Protection Information of AHS Website

The AHS website is an information service (henceforward: AHS information service) that is provided by AHS Aviation Handling Services GmbH and the AHS Group companies (henceforward: AHS Group) the use of which is subject to the following Terms of Use.
By accessing the AHS information services and using their content, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the following terms of use and agree to be bound by them. Do not use the AHS website if you do not agree with these terms of use. As used below, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to AHS Aviation Handling Services GmbH and the AHS subsidiaries ("AHS Group companies")

The AHS information services are available for information purposes only. The posting of content and access to the AHS information services do not represent, either explicitly or implicitly, any provision of services or products by us. Information concerning products or services is only available from the relevant AHS Group companies.

The AHS information services are not intended for any person in any jurisdiction where (by reason of that person's nationality, residence or otherwise) the publication or availability of the AHS information services are prohibited. Persons to whom such prohibitions apply may not access the AHS information services.

Children's on-line privacy protection

AHS understands the importance of protecting children's privacy, especially in an on-line environment. The Site is not intentionally designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger, and AHS will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.

Online Recruitment

AHS will use the information given for recruitment and selection, personnel management and for employment purposes in respect of successful candidates. The information the candidate gives to AHS will be kept confidential and the personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent except where necessary to confirm factual information provided by the candidate and in compiling anonymous statistical data. AHS will handle the personal data in accordance with German data protection requirements, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Access to sensitive personal data is strictly controlled and confined to Human Resources staff with responsibilities in these areas.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of these terms of use at any time.

Jurisdiction, Severability

Any action arising out of these terms or this website shall be litigated in, and only in, courts located in Hamburg, Germany, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a convenient forum for you.
In the event that any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that comes close to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.
