Damaged Baggage

Was your bag damaged during transport or is an item missing? So that we can deal with this promptly, please contact our staff at the airport and request a damage report with a transaction number. Keep this damage report in a safe place.

If you only notice the damage after you have left the arrivals area, you have a period of 24 hours in which to report it. In order to do so, complete the damage form and take photos to document the damage.
